Cancellation and Refund Policy

Welcome to Wibes Coworking Space. We are committed to providing a flexible and understanding environment for our community of members and event hosts. We appreciate the dynamic nature of your needs and plans, and our policy is designed to accommodate these while ensuring the quality and availability of our services and spaces. Please read the following terms carefully:


For All Members and Clients:


Cancellation Notice:

- Membership or Reservation Cancellation: To cancel your membership or reservation, we require a written notice sent via email to contact@wibes.co.in at least 30 days in advance. For example, if you wish to cancel your membership starting March 1st, we must receive your written notice by February 1st.


Monthly Reservations:

- Monthly reservations are billed at the time of booking for the first full month or any prorated dates, including a security deposit if applicable. Upon termination of your membership or reservation, your security deposit will be refunded in full, provided there are no damages or outstanding dues.


Day Passes:

- Day passes are billed upon entry into Wibes Coworking Space and are non-refundable under any circumstances.


Membership Billing:

- All memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis with payment required in advance to maintain the high standards of service and amenities for our members.


For Event Hosts:


Cancellation and Refunds:

- Events can be canceled for a full refund with at least 72 hours' notice before the scheduled event date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@wibes.co.in. Please note, no refunds will be provided for cancellations within 72 hours of the event date, and no refunds or discounts will be offered once the event has begun.


General Cancellation Terms:

- Early Cancellation: Reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking or 30 days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of the initial payment.

- Late Cancellation: No refund is available if a member cancels after the reservation starts, and for reservations canceled less than 30 days before the start date.

- Ongoing Reservations: Reservations canceled after the start date will owe for the next full calendar month. For term-long reservations, 50% of any remaining unpaid fees for the term will also be due.

- Official Cancellation: A reservation is considered officially canceled only upon receipt of a cancellation confirmation e-mail from Wibes Coworking. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us immediately.


Refunds:


- Deposits: Deposits will be refunded after vacating the space and removal of your GST details, within 15 working days.


Membership Termination:


- We may terminate your membership immediately if you breach any terms and conditions of this agreement, or if membership fees or other charges remain unpaid 3 days after the due date. Such a breach must not be remedied by you within 7 days after being notified by us. Please note, there will be no refunds if the required notifications are not made as described above.
