- We reserve the right to modify or enhance our services with reasonable notice to members.
- Fees are payable in advance and are subject to the conditions outlined in our fee schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
- Security deposits are required as per the membership plan and will be refunded according to the terms specified upon termination.
- Members must conduct themselves professionally, respecting the shared environment and other members.
- The use of the facilities for unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Specific conditions apply for early termination and renewal.
- On termination, members must vacate the premises and settle any outstanding dues.
- Wibes Co-Working Space is not liable for personal belongings. Members are encouraged to secure appropriate insurance.
- Members agree to uphold confidentiality regarding proprietary information accessed or shared within the workspace.
- Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through arbitration in Surat, Gujarat, India.
- These terms may be modified only in writing, agreed upon by both parties.
